If the part does not fit due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:
- The item(s) is returned within 7 days of arrival
- The item(s) has not been fitted or used
- Picture of the boxed item before sending the return
Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind about your purchase or incorrectly ordered the wrong part or the part is no longer suitable for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will offer you with an exchange, store credit or refund, under the below conditions:
- Provide a proof of purchase
- It is within 7 days of your item(s) being sent
- The item(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging and tags attached
- The item(s) is not subject to the exclusions below
- Please choose carefully when selecting custom kits. Due to the exclusive/made to order nature of these items we cannot provide a return or refund if you change your mind.
Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must meet one the following criteria and be sent with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:
